Our vet referred us to Pinnacle and called ahead. They were ready and waiting for us when we arrived. They took her in immediately for a rapid assessment. Made our little girl comfortable for the night. An MRI was done early the next morning, then right into surgery.
Their level of communication is unparalleled and unlike anything we have experienced. 6:30 every morning we’re got a text with how our girl did overnight, with a call from her Dr shortly after. We were kept in the loop before, during, and after anything was done. There was never any need to call them. Pinnacle is expensive, but you get much more than you pay for with the quality of care they provide. Having PetsBest health insurance made it possible for us to get our little girl the care she needed. I would highly recommend getting health insurance to anyone who loves their pets like we do. It takes the weight off your shoulders about bringing your pet to the vet. The cost is relatively minimal, but well worth it.
The staff and doctors at Pinnacle are available 24/7 to address concerns. Even after she was home recovering, Dr Fowler checked on her. Pinnacle was a blessing to us. I cannot say enough about them. Our experience was more than we expected.

Pinnacle has been nothing but the best while treating Gia with her most recent diagnosis (cancer & cardiomyopathy) Every doctor, nurse, front desk girls that has seen her have been nothing but wonderful during this very sad time for us trying to get Gia the best care. They are compassionate, knowledgeable and explain to you in words we can understand what's going on with your pet.
